Definition:

An ATM is a special machine that helps people take out or put in money from  their bank account without going to the bank.

Example:

Ramesh goes to an ATM and uses his card to take out ₹500 to buy a toy.

How to use an ATM:

  1. Insert your ATM card into the machine.
  2. Type in your secret number (PIN) that only you and your parents know.
  3. Choose how much money you want to take out.

Important Notes:

  • ATMs are found in many places, like malls and streets.
  • Always ask a parent for help when using an ATM.
